Conclusion of contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer. The contract is concluded when you submit an order via the website and we confirm it by email.
Storage of the contract text and correction
We will save the contract text. The order details and the General Terms and Conditions will be sent to you via email. You can correct any input errors at any time before submitting your order using the usual keyboard and mouse functions.
Prices and payment terms
All prices are quoted in euros and include VAT. Shipping costs are listed separately during the ordering process.
Delivery conditions
We only ship within Germany. Delivery times are typically 2–4 business days. Further details can be found in our shipping guidelines .
Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
Right of withdrawal and voluntary right of return
You have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days. In addition, we grant you a voluntary right of return of a total of 30 days from receipt of the goods.

Return costs
We will cover the return costs in the event of a cancellation.
Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply. For consumers, the warranty period is 2 years from delivery of the goods. The warranty is based on the statutory provisions (§§ 434 ff. BGB) .
Applicable law
German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
Contract language
Only the German language is available for the conclusion of the contract.
Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/ . We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
